Description

Fishing, river, swimming area, day use, hiking, well treed and private sites, pump water, outhouses, firewood available, campground host service. Reservations are not necessary after September long weekend.

General Policies
Reservations are non-transferable. If you wish to occupy another site after arriving, regular rates will apply. Camp Host: Regular Visits, On-Site during busy season - Firewood Sales $8/bundle, $15/2 bundles. General notes: Wood sales, on site host, clean quiet camping

Really positive experience at this campground. The camp host was pleasant and drove around to make sure everyone had firewood before he closed shop for the night. The creek, Racehorse creek, is right at the campsite. Relaxing falling asleep listening to the creek flow by. The campsites as well are not on top of each which is very nice, you get some privacy. One negative of the campsite is that there were a lot of flies. So bring bug spray! However, not a lot of mosquitoes! Great campsite! Go!
