Good view with some drawbacks.

-The walk to the site from parking/outhouse is 3-5 minutes or so. -The walk is up and down some hills that may make carrying coolers and other hand held items harder, especially downhill. -The campsite is not flat other than the two areas designated for tents. -Good view, good fishing spot.
