Camping in a large horse pasture

There are 2 main attractions here - the beach, and the wild horses. Camping with the latter is a particularly interesting experience that I recommend anyone do at least once. The horses are beautiful and mesmerizing, but maybe not as wild as your typical wildlife. The beaches are pretty good. Another attraction is the bayside shoreline. Flat shallow water for younger kids to play in. Also fabulous for kayaking. Most sites at the Bayside campground are not spectacular. Ours, B29, was better than many. Facilities are primitive (ie. no hot showers) but still worth a stay.
