Unlike most sites at this park, this one has no tree coverage so it got pretty warm. Luckily they have a pretty nice swimming pool nearby, which gave some sweet relief. On the other hand, having no tree coverage was awesome at night with a starry sky. There is very thick foliage around the site and coons love to hang out in there. One was trying to help himself to goodies while we were still sitting around the fire but we shooed him away. Next time I'll be trying a different site but if you get good weather and hide all your food and garbage, this site's not terrible. | | | | This review has been viewed 70 times. |
