Unknown | Douglas Provincial park | Reviewed on June 19th, 2020 | We tented in this campground in June of 2013. Found the washrooms to be very clean. The sites have too much gravel for tenting, an air mattress is a must. Satisfied that there was pre-cut wood in the huge wood pile.
Across the highway were hiking trails and sand dunes, during the hike back going West on the North side of the trails we lost the trail and went way off course. I wanted to warn other hikers not to follow the tractor trail that leads to the fence that borders the North side of the park. We did not enjoy the lake so can not comment, we were drawn to this park for the hiking and the sand dunes. | | |
