It was heavily damaged in the 2013 fall flood on the Big Thompson River. However they have done a good job of getting the sites along the river back up and running. There may still be construction going on at times. There is a bit of road noise but if you are on the river, the water noise will drown it out. There is a small store in the office and the staff are nice and friendly. The location is ideal, close to Loveland and just down the road from Estes Park.
